Drivers of the Month

This program is new to Southland in 2021, and was created to further celebrate our driver’s accomplishments and safety throughout the year. Criteria to be considered is partially based on our Scorecard Bonus program which measures productivity of drivers in regards to the following categories: Safety record, MPG’s, customer service, fueling in-network, attitude and maintaining a professional truck.  One driver is selected in both our Boonville, NC terminal and our Knoxville, TN terminal.

Driver’s recognized as the Southland Driver of the Month are automatically placed in the 2021 Driver of the Year running that will be announced in December 2021.

We are blessed to have these drivers as part of our team. Keep up the great work!
