New Driver Orientation

Orientation gives us the opportunity to welcome you to a better life at Southland. Following the recruitment process, the orientation process consists of the certification of your DOT physical & medical card, FMCSA Clearinghouse results, drug screens, training on technologies used, and a pre-trip inspection/road test. The following day, we take you through a comprehensive training class covering best safety practices, operational expectations, and onboarding paperwork.

All CDL drivers must be registered through Clearinghouse per the FMCSA.
